Many of you know this is our first year working with Harvie. The experience has been wonderful. Particularly, being able to assemble individual boxes to fit your personal preferences has been quite gratifying. Despite all the training and extensive communication with Harvie, we (and myself in particular) still get confused and make mistakes with the handling of information, materials, and produce. Nothing major (so far), though. The farmer support team at Harvie has been incredibly helpful in getting us through those issues.
One of the areas in which we have made mistakes is at the box-assembly line. When we reach that point, we set up with the exact amount of produce that we need for that particular delivery. Yet, we have found ourselves with a few extra items (usually herbs) at the end of the process. Even though some of you don't particularly care if an item is missing from your box, our goal is that you receive exactly what is listed on your weekly share. So, PLEASE, if at any time you notice something missing from your box, let us know. Harvie allows us to give you credit you can redeem at future deliveries.
