Week #3 Offerings:

The farm took a beating this week... Severe wind and hail destroyed the "pepperhouse"; (tore the plastic from end to end damaged the sidewall gear). Many of the peppers were sheared off at the top and may not recover.
I also lost 45ish of the 75 summer squash and zucchini plants as well as 2 beds of Romano pole beans.
I will replant but that puts variety further behind.
And now the heat....which is NOT good for most vegetable production.
If I can't laugh about it I'll cry! I guess we'll just have to make the best of it!
