Hello! I'm so excited about this first food box! We've got so much great food coming out of the field and headed your way.
We're really looking forward to meeting you all. Our plan is to have a camera and white board on hand and take pictures of each of you with your names written in front of you. During the season there will be different staff helping you at each location, and we want to make sure we have a chance to know who you are, and be able to respond to any of your questions if one of us don't have a chance to get your name. It will be a quick photo and we won't be doing anything external with the photos, just keeping them for our own reference.
You should have received a series of emails from Harvie to do with member orientation that would teach you about setting your preferences, vacation schedules etc. If you have any questions about this, or didn't receive the emails please let me know.
