Steel Pony Garlic Scapes Now Available!

Our garlic scapes are now ready for harvest! These are my personal favorite way to eat garlic. They have the texture of asparagus with a mild garlic flavor once cooked. I love making a tin foil pack, adding some oil and salt and cooking them on the BBQ or on an open fire. 1 read more »

We got rain! Yahoo! The garden has been growing slower than I would have liked because it is so hard to get enough water on it with irrigation.
