Wow, August already. We are beginning the shift toward heavier crops and I'm excited to have carrots back this week. Our cooking onions are slowly sizing up so we are going to pull some of those out this week for the first time. Personally, I have found that my consumption of veggies is sky rocketing. I'm just loving these summer veggies and I hope that you are making the most of them too.
Mans eggs were a big hit last week so I have more back this week. I'm also buying some beautiful bouquets of flowers from my friend John at Eagle Creek (pictured above).
