It is pretty quiet on the farm these days. I stopped out the other day and the field is just a blanket of white. I'm grateful for the bounty that we were able to pack away this winter and hope that you enjoy these vegetables.
Storing veggies for winter is equal parts art form and science. Sometimes a product such as a potato, onion or squash can look great on the outside and be nice and firm but upon cutting into it there may be some rot or other issue on the inside. If you find at any point that you have an issue with your veggies upon cutting into them please let me know and I will be happy to replace those veggies and try again.
