This heat has been a little stressful on everything from the chickens to the tomatoes to our refrigeration units. Over the past few weeks, we've seen lower harvests at the dairies we work with, the egg producers, and the vegetable growers. That's pretty normal, though - this is the beginning of Oklahoma's fall shoulder season, when summer crops wind down and fall crops aren't quite here yet. But never fear! There's plenty of awesome produce for you, and as a subscription box member, you get first dibs. Than you for all of your support! - Chelsey, Matt and the UA team
