We’ve been out of most Cooks Venture chicken cuts for … four months? We’ve lost track. After a damaging freeze, logistics issues and equipment failures, they are were finally able to get us our full order last week: boneless/skinless breasts, boneless/skinless thighs, leg quarters, tenders and whole birds.
There's also more asparagus this week, and more greens: collards, bok choy and Swiss chard are new to the scene.
