Looks like it worked out well to have pickups on Thursday and Friday before Christmas as the ice was pretty bad Saturday into Sunday! This week we'll be returning to the Saturday and Sunday pickup schedule. It will be nice to start your New Year off right with healthy, Certified Organic produce. We'll again be offering Honeycrisp apples from Green Mountain Orchard and maple syrup from Glabach's Sugarhouse.
Unfortunately, we will not be doing a Deep Winter CSA this year as we are using up most of the produce we have on hand for the record number of members in the Fall/Winter program. Since we do have extra onions and potatoes, we will be offering bulk quantities of those for the last week if you want to stock up.
Thanks for bringing your boxes back each week! That makes the process easier for the crew. Remember to make your swaps before 8 am Tuesday so you can get exactly what you like. Take care and see you next weekend!
