Merry Christmas! Our greenhouses survived the heavy snow and rain this week thank goodness (our kale and swiss chard greenhouse). The sweetness factor went up 5 fold with the cold weather. Also, happy to see some real winter weather around here!!
This week's box has some amazing honey products from Sweet Sophies Naturals. This is real, raw, local honey that is amazing! The 12oz Honey bear is also a great stocking stuffer for your honey boo boo! We also have a limited amount of real honey comb! It such a unique thing I recommend everyone to try it just to experience it.
Also we have our farming neighbors, Holy Schmitt's Horseradish on the menu. Hands down some of the best horseradish on the market.
Every week we will carry Goodale Farm cow and goat milk, as well as assorted homemade cheeses and butter. This is 'real' milk and might have a little cream on top, but the flavor is as real and delicious as it gets!
