March is here this week!! We had some nice weather this week to melt away the snow and allow us to put new plastic on one of our greenhouses. Greenhouses are beginning to fill up with greenery and its a great sight to see. Its an amazing sight to walk in a greenhouse right now and see the growth from one day to the next. Its a labor of love and keeps us always thinking of the future.
This week we have more grass fed beef products from Acabanac Farms. We have filet mignon, fajita strips and ribeye steaks to go with the ground beef and burger patties. We are new to grass fed beef, but we are loving the taste and quality.
Also we have more dairy products from Goodale Farms, like yogurt, honey lavender cheese, and mozzarella. We will continue to offer more products from these farms as they become available and we are so excited about the partnership!
