We have officaly made it to the end of March! It has been a wild month, as we had some snow, wind, and now above average temps that are really making the greenhouses pop with growth! Just finished building a new greenhouse to hold more plants that will be transplanted in the fields soon enough.
Some exciting news from Harvie; we are in a Beta program with them for their new Customization page. It is sleaker, more information for per product, and makes the swapping or adding of items easier and more straightforward. Please let me know what you think as this will make the experience even better. We recommend fully taking advantage of the preferences if you have not done so and the customization period to get exactly what you want.
OH YEAH! We have some Kale and Swiss Chard!! Yup, I know.. We were excited too! I'm not to sure how long this window is of some fresh greens, so take advantage of it! These are over wintered plants so the flavor will be sweeter then normal, but the downside is the plants start to bolt and go into seed production when growth begins to speed up.
