Middle of June is here! The summertime heat and humidity finally broke and this weekend will be absolutely gorgeous! This week will be the last week of our fresh local asparagus from Wells Farm. I can not believe the time has come and gone. Please take advantage of Long Islands Fresh strawberries. Its a hard crop to grow here as they are very finky toward weather. Also, our strawberries have such a high sugar content that once they are picked the decay process starts compared to the 'special' strawberries from Driscolls in California we see in the stores early in the season.
Fathers Day is next weekend and we all know Dad's love to barbeque so make sure to stock up on the BBQ essentials. We will be offering our Beef Bundle Package again and that is a perfect gift for any BBQ enthusiast as you get a great selection on ground beef, steaks, and a roast.
