If you missed the email the other day I will refresh. We are excited to be partnered up with a local farm that produces pork! We will have different cuts of your favorites like bacon, bone in pork chops, sausage and more! If you are unfamiliar with real pork from a small farm you will notice a few differences than the store bought pork. The color is different in fresh pork as the the pork chops are redder and not really 'white'. Also the bacon is real and doesn't have as much salt and nitrates as you may be used too. Its the way pork is supposed to taste and once you have it you will see and taste the differences.
I hope you got to enjoy these cute little snow dustings. It was just enough to keep the kids happy, but just enough for them wanting more.
