How lovely did it feel outside this morning? Less humidity felt like a bag of bricks was lifted off our shoulders. People literally looked happier this morning, and the sole reason was the weather.
Yesterday was Farmer Jackie's birthday so if you see her, tell her happy belated birthday.
Dug some more potatoes this week, and the skins are looking better. When we first dig them, the skins are so 'feathery' they flake off even if we handle them with the most care possible. They are still ok to eat, we just prefer the skins toughening up just a bit more.
