We're featuring halibut this week as a compliment to your farm fresh produce. We work with Catch 49 to get the highest quality seafood from sustainable, small boat fisherman and women. You can't go wrong with grilled halibut with fresh herbs, along side some grilled veggies like broccoli or zucchini!
Speaking of veggies....with the sun coming on strong for a few days this week, we're finally starting to see things catch up! We're expecting a better harvest of broccoli for next week as well as more snap peas. Zucchini and onions are in full swing and we should be able to offer those to most anyone that wants them! We're keeping our fingers crossed for continued warm weather to keep the cucumbers and tomatoes ripening on schedule.
