Potatoes and herbs this week.This week we are featuring our delicious French fingerling potatoes along with sage and thyme for roasting delights. I love roasted potatoes and bratwurst with a fresh salad or cabbage slaw. And I love bratwurst and potatoes cold for lunch with honey mustard too. Beef and pork- We have plenty of pork, but we just have a few cuts remaining of beef that we are offering to all farm members before we take it to the farmers' market...
