Reminder: Last Share is Nov 23
And we now have frosted! The farm is coated in frost and plants are frozen. It is time. We were prepared. We harvested the last of the pepper and tomatoes before this cold settled in. Greens, roots, and cabbages, etc, handle it fine. We will continue harvesting these cold hardy crops.

We've begun harvesting our Baby Ginger! Make tea, make candy, make cookies. It freezes beautifully and doesn't ever need any peeling because the skin is so thin.
