Every week you place an order, your name is entered into a draw for fall festival harvest tickets!

U-Pick Flowers are Open to Members this weekend!

The 1st round of U-pick flowers is now available to pick. Come fill a basket! Snips will be provided, HOWEVER, there are not that many we suggest bringing your own. Scissor will work too!

Fewer Cooper Products until our kitchen reno is complete!

Some of you may have noticed that we haven't had our meat pies and some preserves available for a long time! We are currently having our kitchen septic system upgraded, which is a very slow process. 

  • We have been renting our local church kitchen to make some of our products BUT it is very limited in the appliances and the quality of equipment we need to make many of our products.
  • Once we are back in our kitchen, you will start to see our products coming back into inventory.
  • This has also delayed our annual "Spring Open House". We may be doing a late summer BBQ.-TBD!

U-Pick Private Dates For Members!

You all responded so well to our very 2024 member-only U-Pick! We didn't even get a chance to post it to the public because y'all picked so many, which is awesome. We are so glad to give our dedicated members first dibs. 

We will keep doing this throughout the summer! U-pick Items:

  • Strawberries & Raspberries
  • Flowers
  • Sometimes tomatoes!

Keep an eye on your emails as we will put out a separate email to let you all know ahead of time. 

 

Here are some helpful tips to help you skip!

First things first;
What is "skipping" an order week?
1) Our online program works by having you automatically signed up for every order week once you sign up. 
   -An order is pre-made for you every week based on your preferences and it awaits you to customize it during the customization period (Friday evenings to Sunday afternoon). And it will be delivered to you the following week. 
2) If you do not want to receive an order that week b/c you're going to be away OR you may have too much food in your fridge, you need to log into your account and "SKIP" the upcoming order week. 

How do I skip an order?
1)Log into your HARVIE account.
2)Select the "Deliveries Tab" on the dashboard.
  -You will see all of your future deliveries here. 
3)On the right side, there will be a yellow button beside each date that is labeled "skip".
  -Select skip for all of the upcoming order dates that you do not want to receive a delivery.
  -This can be reversed at any time before the week cut-off time (Sunday at 2pm of that week) in the case that you change your mind and want to make an order.
4)You will get an email every Friday (unless you skipped that order ahead of time) that will let you know you can now customize. You can take that opportunity to skip the upcoming week.
   -The customization period closes on Sundays at 2pm EVERY WEEK. If you forget to skip before then, it is too late and you will be receiving an order. 

Different ways to "Skip"!
1)If you know your summer schedule, log into your account and skip those dates ahead of time so you do not forget last minute.
2)If you want, you can skip every single week for the entire summer and instead log in every week and re-activate the order.
  -This way you only receive an order if you remember to turn it on.
  -This requires more memory on your part. 
  -You must re-activate each share before Fridays!

How to Double check that you skipped an order week;
1)After you've selected the dates you want to skip, each of them should have a new yellow button beside them labeled "DON'T SKIP"
2) Refresh the page and make sure the dates still have the "Don't Skip" button beside them.
3)If you get an email on Friday that says you can customize your order, you have not skipped that week and will need to go to your box customization screen and it will give you the option to skip that upcoming order week.
4)If you get the Sunday reminder email that states "There are only 4 hours left to customize your shares!" then you still have not skipped and need to log into your account.

How to Return Veggie Boxes & Red Cooler Bags!

  • Home Delivery: Please leave the box & containers out for the drivers to pick up.
  • Pick-Up Locations: Leave the box and/or items there and we will pick them up. 
  • To Return Veggie Boxes 
    • Remove the sticker with your name on it
    • Fold the boxes down so they are flat
      • Pop the bottom in, pull on the flaps out until flat.
  • Return Red Bags
  • We accept 12-slot egg cartons & mason jar returns.
