We started sweet potato harvest this week and will have lots available for shares. Sweet potato love the heat so they did quite well this summer sizing up quite nicely. Remember keep them warm. They hate the cold, room temperature is best. Don't refrigerate for very long or they will start to break down.
There's a small jug of maple syrup available as well. Its from a boil we did on April 19th, and we think its the best tasting syrup of the entire harvest. Enjoy!
