Happy New Year!! Hope everyone had a great holiday season and hopefully everyone is sticking to their New Years resolutions...
It was quiet here at the farm over the holidays. Lots of rest and time spent visiting with family. We’re starting to get back in the groove now. Getting ready for maple syrup season, planning out gardens, and livestock plans are all starting to come together.
- Jan-Feb is soup and stew season. Take advantage of all the root crop available to make hearty meals
- follow Links Greenhouse on Facebook. They supply us with greenhouse cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce when in season. They do an awesome job of showing their crop progress in their greenhouses. Looks like cukes will be ready for late February
- keep an eye on the weather. If extreme cold is coming on your delivery day it’s a good idea to put a cooler out. We’ll put your box in it to protect it.
- if you have a collection of boxes or red bags, set them out for us. We want them back to re use.
