Hope you're enjoying the nice weekend, Spring is starting to show some signs that it may start to return so here's a blurb about what is going on at Coopers~
- . MAPLE SYRUP: We doubled in size! We have tapped another sugar bush this week, adding 430 taps to make around a total of 800 taps. We also boiled our first batch of 2020 syrup which is an item available in your shares this week. We try to boil sap to make syrup on the Saturdays that our Farm store is open so if you pop in you may get some samples.
- NEW SUGAR SHACK: We are creating a new Maple Syrup Sugar shack for a Maple Syrup Tourism week for next year. Watch our social media to follow how that goes!
- Green House Tomatoes: They're back! Another sign that spring is on its way. We work with Link Greenhouse in Bowmanville to get these for you.
