Week 23
Our CSA will be slowing down over the next couple weeks unless you had rescheduled your shares for dates later than our initial 24 consecutive weeks. Production in the field will continue through 11/20 for our CSA, and depending on how the produce and weather looks, we may be able to push our production for CSA boxes further out. We are excited for a few newer things coming along in the field after this past week's great weather for Fall vegetable crops. This week we'll be harvesting a new planting of baby bok choi and komatsuna in addition to tatsoi and a special type of radicchio called Radicchio Castelfranco. We'll also have a small quantity of pea shoots this week, with more coming along the following weeks. Coming up over the next couple weeks, we'll have fresh Tropea onions, spinach and we are hoping that our broccoli will be ready too.
