Fall CSA Week 3
We've had a great week and excellent weather to get so many nice things picked on the farm. Typically we are working around super cold evening/morning temperatures this time of year, but that hasn't been the case this season. Tonight is our first real freeze forecasted, which we hope won't have too much of an impact on some of our more tender greens in the field like lettuce, broccoli and cauliflower. Most things that we grow in the field at this point can handle some pretty cold temperatures, so we hope the plants are conditioned well enough that they don't sustain too much freeze injury.
