Week 4
Everything is growing fast in the fields and we are amazed at the volume of zucchini we have been picking this past week. You may have noticed in last week's share, we had to increase the zucchini in your boxes because the field and plants are really pumping it out. Hopefully everyone isn't too inundated with zucchini and you're making good use of it. On Friday we had our first pick of cucumbers from the field, and we are excited to be adding them to shares this week as well as bunched beets and cabbage. While our workload is peaking, our vegetable diversity is hitting its high stride, now if only the tomatoes would kick it into high gear.
