Week 23
This isn't the last week of our main season CSA, but we are getting so close to the end, one more week to go to finish out our 24-week main season. If you have extra boxes put on hold sometime in the season, those boxes should show up on your profile. Any extra boxes can be scheduled over the next two weeks and now would be a good time to stock up on some extra things that will hold well in your pantry, like sweet potatoes, onions, garlic, potatoes and winter squash. The season is still going for us on the farm, and we will be producing vegetables right through the end of November, so we've created a short Fall CSA share that runs for another 5 weeks beyond the end of our main season. We have a lot of work to do on the farm between now and the end of the year. Our planting continues to provide greens through the Fall months, and then we will be chipping away at all the cleanup tasks and preparations for the Winter. This time of year is exciting in that we are ending another season, but our creative gears are churning in anticipation for next season.
