D&V Organics CSA
Week 1
Since January we've been preparing for this very moment, the moment we start our CSA and the "busy season" here on the farm. To get to the end of the year, we have a long road ahead of us, but we are excited for some new things coming along, as we embark on our 9th season here at D&V Organics and our 2024 farming season. Each year on the farm is unique, some years more challenging than others, but we continue to learn that farming is all about observation and problem solving. Some things we can control on the farm, but we are working with a natural system that is completely out of our control, requiring an unending amount of patience. Despite the unpredictability of it all, working with our hands in nature to create food is an amazing experience and we find an immense amount of joy in reaping the reward of all of this hard work. We are so excited to share this with all of you. Thank you all so much for joining our CSA this year!
Each week expect an email from the farm, and the ability to customize your CSA box. Every box is unique, so please be patient with us as we pack your boxes by hand and do our best to pack your boxes without any errors. Should you find that something is missing from your box, please don't hesitate to reach out. Don't forget to make adjustments to your boxes before the customization cutoff time, Tuesdays 630am.
