Hello everyone!
We are a bit late with opening our store this week but will plan to keep it open until Friday morning at 9:00 for ordering as we don't need a lot of time for harvesting these days!
Believe it or not, we still have kale and brussels sprouts actively growing in the gardens. We are also working on slowly harvesting, prepping, blanching and freezing the fall harvest. We should have our frozen produce organized, inventoried and available on the store in the next few weeks.
This is also the time of year that we start to think about our spring and main season gardens for next year. Are there things that you loved and would like to have again? Or things we did not offer that you would like to try? Please let us know...our goal is to grow the things you love so we would love your input to help our planning!
