Hello Butcher Box members!
We are still working out a few kinks with the Butcher Box subscription.
Starting next month, you will receive a notice to customize the first Saturday of the month; this customization widow will last until Tuesday at 9am. This will generate an order for delivery Friday or farm pick up on Friday or Saturday. Your meat will all be frozen so if you require another day for pick up, that is not a problem, just let us know and we can hold it for you.
For this month, we are asking if you can please "customize" by tomorrow morning at 8am so that we can pack your box with the items you most want for pick up and delivery this weekend. We received a notice when we opened up for customization this morning that not everyone has customized. When you open your Harvie profile you will have the option to pick your preferences. If you choose your preferences from all of the meat products then the Harvie algorithm will automatically fill your butcher box with the things you most want (and you will still have the opportunity to swap things out as you wish before the customization window closes).
Please send us any feedback about your Butcher Box experience. This is a new endeavor and we want to make sure we are aware of any issues and make everything run as smoothly as possible.
