Happy Spring everyone!!!
We have lots of amazing fresh local products for you to choose from this week.
From our farm, we have some crops growing in the green house and in the field, beautiful eggs (perfect for Easter morning!), pork products (including Easter hams!), microgreens, frozen veggies and our first crop of gourmet mushrooms.
We had a very short maple season this year but still have a limited supply of Small Batch Maple Syrup available as well as our homemade Maple Granola.
Our "Harmony Hooch" kombucha is back on the menu this week after having a little winter break.
We have been working on forming local partnerships over the past several months and have a number of products from other local producers that you can add to your baskets including fresh cut flowers, artisan sourdough bread, organic stone ground flour, small batch preserves, local organic seeds, local honey, locally roasted organic coffee, locally blended teas, locally made artisan sodas, local organic dairy products, artisan cheeses and the most delicious grass fed beef we have ever tasted!
For those of you who are new to the farm, you can expect to receive an email each week when the store opens for pre-orders (Friday for Farm Shares and Saturday for Farm Stand). The store will be open for you to customize your basket and place orders until Monday morning at 8AM at which point the orders will be finalized so that we can harvest and pack everything for your pick up or delivery. For share members, please remember to review our product list and choose your preferences so that your weekly share will include everything you love and nothing that you don't. Need a mid-week farm food fix? Our online farm stand will be open for orders daily Monday - Thursday. Order by 2pm for same day pick up.
