Hello Members!
It has been a busy week for us here on the farm! We made it through the first week of main season shares, picked up two new breeds of heritage meat chickens, introduced a new buck to our goat herd, got a new order of pork with some absolutely delicious thick cut BBQ chops and managed to hay one large field in between (unexpected) rainstorms.
This week we have even more variety in our herbs, some beautiful golden beets and sweet and delicious sugar snap peas, which as you know, have a short lived season so we will enjoy them every way we can while we have them!
Here are a few recipe suggestion links to get you started:

Walking through our garden this morning we noticed that our cut flower garden is almost ready for regular harvesting. This year, we plan to try something new: "Fridays at the Farm" including U-Pick Flowers and Herbs as well as takeaway or picnic at the farm WOOD FIRED PIZZAS during farm pick up hours on Fridays (4-6PM). We should have things set up to start in the next week or two, we will keep you posted!
Wishing everyone a great week!
Your Farmers,
Kate and Greg.
