This week’s featured recipe comes from a Harvie Farms Pittsburgh member! Lauren Ogburn made an all Harvie breakfast for the 4th of July that looked too good not to share.
Ingredients:
White peaches - Hollabaugh Orchards, Biglerville PA
Chevre - Goat Rodeo Farm & Dairy, Allison Park PA
Bread - Mediterra Bakehouse, Pittsburgh PA
Maple Syrup - Paul Famly Farms, Galeton PA
Eggs - Jubilee Hilltop Ranch, Osterburg PA
Salsa - Clarion River Organics, Sligo PA
Method:
1. Toast slices of bread and slice the peaches.
2. Scramble eggs and mix in desired amount of salsa.
3. Spread chevre over toast and lay peach slices on top.
4. Drizzle maple syrup on top of toast.
5. Plate and enjoy!
