Sarah Conezio and Isaiah Billington's miso and vinegars have won countless awards and been featured in top publications. They source top of the line ingredients & partner with local PA and Maryland farms. They are known for their experimentation & the philosophy behind their products. Their sustainable practices drive their work, in a recent post, they noted- "we are not fermenters but closers of open loops". This week try- white miso, gochujang, sweet potato 'hoisin', rice vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, Malt- "milk stout" vinegar, Red wine vinegar.
