Farm Happenings for May 8, 2020

Hello everyone, We have been plowing more ground this week and preparing for a new walk in cooler to arrive. Next week we have a lot of plants going in the ground--winter squash, melons, artichokes, leeks...exciting for us to dream of summer and discuss our favorite preparations. A few new items this week, like fava greens and herbs, and plenty of salad mix and radishes. This will be the last big harvest of the overwintered spinach. Snap peas and pea shoots are coming soon...
