Well, the heat is on over the course of the next week with temperatures projected to soar over 100 degrees!... At least we hope that the heat will help the tomatoes to ripen more quickly! :) It's time to be up and out early to beat the heat. This next week will be our third major succession planting. The majority of our crops are planted in successions so that we can keep the freshness and quality just right. It's like a big planting/harvest carousel! In addition to a variety of veggies this week, we have a stir-fry base of bok choy and chinese cabbage all chopped up and ready to go plus everyone liked the raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing so we're offering that again this week!

We left the hustle and bustle of city life to raise our children in the country. Getting into agriculture is a decision we've never regretted! Now we lovingly grow fresh food together as a family on our small farm. It's food we trust, and you can too! We want to feed our children the best we can, so we grow high-quality fruits, vegetables, and meats - everything from Arugula to Zucchini; Chicken and pork! - all free of chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
