Howdy friends! Not only is the weather getting warmer each day as we approach spring (Yay!!), but the germination chamber is active and hot and we've got one of the hoophouses warming up and getting ready to plant in THIS WEEKEND! We're extra excited as this is one of our newest hoophouses! These new hoophouses are a different kind than what we've built before and we're really excited about them. They are not only higher quality, but the shape is different and we should be able to utilize much more of the ground inside them from our previous builds. Mason and I also feel like we're getting warmed up as we feel the sluggishness of not being as active over the past couple of months. Haha! So all around, great things are happening out on the farm! For OFFERINGS this month we have a few special options not to mention the regular winter fare. If you like Indian cuisine, you'll love Dahi Dal which is an Indian Green Curry featuring fresh spinach. It's super yummy on rice with a spoonful of yogurt and fried onions on top. Also I've got my Sourdough starter going again so I'm sharing my Sourdough English Muffins. And Lizzy is making Lemon Poppy Seed Cookies. We'll see you soon!

About the farm
We left the hustle and bustle of city life to raise our children in the country. Getting into agriculture is a decision we've never regretted! Now we lovingly grow fresh food together as a family on our small farm. It's food we trust, and you can too! We want to feed our children the best we can, so we grow high-quality fruits, vegetables, and meats - everything from Arugula to Zucchini; Chicken and pork! - all free of chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
