There's not much going on around the farm and garden these days, but we do a bit here and there... Mostly we've been making sure everything is winterized and moving things under shelter so they don't get wet and snowed on, tucking them away for the winter. :) For our December offerings we have a Winter Green Mix which will be a hardy yet tasty mix of spinach, chard, beet greens, and kale. Plus there's lots of roots to choose from: potatoes, beets, carrots, rutabaga, in addition to winter squash and onions. Also, there's sourdough English muffins (made with whole wheat), chopped bell peppers, Pumpkin Butter, and Gingerbread Hummus (which is on the sweeter side and deliciously festive for dipping veggies and crackers this time of year.

About the farm
We left the hustle and bustle of city life to raise our children in the country. Getting into agriculture is a decision we've never regretted! Now we lovingly grow fresh food together as a family on our small farm. It's food we trust, and you can too! We want to feed our children the best we can, so we grow high-quality fruits, vegetables, and meats - everything from Arugula to Zucchini; Chicken and pork! - all free of chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
