Last week I talked about what was on deck for our summer shares, and I neglected a few key crops! Peas, carrots and cucumbers!! This is always a challenging time of year because it's too hot for a lot of the cool season crops but it hasn't been warm long enough yet for the summer crops... A couple of song lyrics come to mind... "Stuck in the middle with you..." and "The waiting is the hardest part..." Haha! Every year we try new tips and tricks to hurry along the process, but, Mother Nature is in charge and we just have to roll with her as best we can. So think ripening thoughts to encourage our garden and we'll see ya soon!
