Wow! Welcome back! It feels like it's been a hot minute! We hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year! Hopefully everyone had safe travels, and good food!!
We are excited for our next delivery on the 10th and 11th next week, we are also super excited about the Early Bird Sale which will be starting on the 10th! Tell your friends and family about the delicious produce that we'll have to offer!! We will likely be doing farm stands through out the summer, so if they want to sign up for that and be able to come grab something if they need it, they definitely won't be disappointed! We look forward to getting to know lots of people and growing lots of delicious food for those people!
Last we heard, Stacy and Mason and their cute kiddos were waiting to go under contract for a new home out in Alabama, and they were living in a rental while they waited for that process to be done! They were all doing well and grateful to be out of the camper! They said it was fun while they were driving around and seeing the sights while they traveled, but when they stopped moving, it was not quite as fun! They were grateful to be in a house (rental or not) for the holidays! We will keep you updated on their adventure!
In October, we had some deer help themselves to the lettuce, so we have been a bit short on that, though we should be able to start some growing here pretty soon and then we'll have as much as you can possibly want! We are excited to have kimchi, and sauerkraut for this delivery as well as bread, and frozen diced bell peppers. We will have tomato sauce, onions and potatoes, and winter squash, and a couple other things in addition to the kale and Swiss chard!
