Here on the farm, we are settling into the weekly rhythm of harvesting, packing, and delivering CSA shares. We are welcoming the familiar routine AND the cooler full of delicious greens!
We'll be enjoying asparagus on the grill this weekend, and plenty of salads. I am particularly enjoying the super greens mix with a maple dijon dressing.
