It's a full swing in the season, We are getting the road put in, a well and getting additional cooler space! Busy season already. Thank you for the positive reviews of the fresh vegetables. Credits goes to May who spent time in the greenhouses to get the seedlings ready for growing. We are getting to the point where all of the vegetables are starting to bloom. Kale, Swiss Chard, turnips, greens and many more.
Just a friendly reminder that if you are going on vacation we did get clarification that you can contact me to reschedule deliveries. The policy with deliveries if you know you can not make it to pick up your delivery you can arrange for someone else to pick up for you. Just let us know in advance so we don't give it to the wrong person. Also if you miss your pick up and do not pick up the box of vegetables will be donated to foodshelves. Neighborhood house and Second Harvest come around at the end of the day to collect donations for family in need.
We worked really hard to get you a beautiful, fresh and crisp box. We harvest the night before and refrigerate everything to get to you the next day. So you will get the freshest quality! We are so excited to see all of the great reviews and photos sharing of what families have enjoyed the first box. We have shared a picture of a dish one of the CSA members did with a sweet and sour salsa and tiger eye beans!
