New Potatoes are here!
New Potatoes are one of my favorite vegetables. Freshly dug with skins so soft you can brush them off with your fingertips. These potatoes are so different from the same potatoes later in the year. The sugar has not converted to starch and the skins have not cured to be tough to withstand bruising.
You must try these at least once and cook like this so you can taste the difference.
Boil, butter, salt and pepper. There is no way better to taste a new potato.
