This week will feature the first of the cucumbers. We like to do a quick refrigerator pickle if we have any leftover after making salads. Farm Happenings for July 8, 2019
This week will feature the first of the green tomatoes. We like to do an early season BLT by lightly breading a slice of green tomato and giving it a quick pan fry in the bacon drippings. Tastes like summer!
