We have added two new pepper varieties this week - yummy peppers and sweet red frying peppers. The yummy peppers are small and come in a mix of red, orange, and yellow. They are very sweet, have a great crunch, and are great to snack on raw or toss on a salad. The sweet red frying peppers are roughly the size of a poblano pepper and have a great flavor and texture for sautéing or adding to a stir fry.
