Welcome to the 20th week of the CSA season! It's hard to believe that we are already getting into the final months of the season. We are so thankful for the wonderful weather and excellent growing conditions that we are enjoying this year!
This week will feature the return of bunched stir fry mix. We grew this mix for the first time this spring and we really enjoyed it. The mix features several varieties of young kale, mustard greens, and tatsoi. This mix has a great flavor and texture and is a great addition to any stir fry or sauté. If you are feeling a bit more adventurous, try them raw as a salad with a strong vinaigrette, roasted peppers, chopped salami, and feta or other cheese.
