With all these beautiful, sunny and warm days, it is a treat to cook and eat outside. It is one of my goals to one day cook well over a proper fire, but for now, a propane BBQ will do. Many of the yummy veggies coming out of the garden can be grilled straight on the bbq without any special tools or equipment.
