Hey there,
Our very first fall share season is here, and I am both excited and nervous. We have already cured, dug, washed and packed away a whole whack of veggies and are still working our way through the garden to get the rest. Thursday I finished planting the bulk of the garlic and just have to crack enough more to finish a couple half done rows, then mulch and they are good to go for the winter.
In the rest of that garden, we have dug up lots of potatoes, celery root, turnips, and rutabaga, with lots more carrots and parsnips to come out. Some of the late planted greens are looking lush as well, though we could use a little bit of rain. All this beautiful weather has really helped us get a lot of cleaning up done, but the plants are looking a little thirsty.
This share will continue to run similarly to the summer share with a few small changes.
