Well, today is the first day of fall, and it certainly feels like it. But this weather is just too much to comprehend, so we're not going to try. And we're just going to hope that it doesn't get wetter.
This week, we're harvesting more and more greens, with some napa cabbage, bok choy, lettuce, and more starting to come off the field. We're also getting our usual baby greens from Compostella, plus sweet potatoes from Indian Springs and delicate squash from Faust Farm. We're excited to include tofu from VEGGI Co-op for the first time this week in our extras section, in addition to the beautiful Mycelium Express mushrooms and Local Cooling Farm eggs.
If this weather takes a turn for the worse and causes a change in delivery schedule this week, we'll let you know. In the meantime, we're on track for a great share this week.
