Sometimes we lose track of the calendar, but a little birdie told me that this weekend is Easter. So, we're excited for our greens to be on your Easter and Passover tables this weekend, or just on your regular tables! We here for all of it.
We'll be putting together a great share for you, without Compostella greens, unfortunately. The various weather events and maybe some other mysterious forces have negatively impacted their greens and they are not delivering this week. So, we'll have to make due with ours, which, fortunately, are starting to come in quite nicely, despite all the rain last week. We're also starting to get lots of beautiful herbs, roots, and other fun spring favorites, so the share is still full of variety.
You'll find eggs, mushrooms, turmeric, tofu, jams, and RQG hot sauces in the extras section. We're taking the week off strawberries due to the rain last week causing a lot of issues. Sigh.
