I don't know what to say about this weather we're having (hot? cold? wet? dry?), but I do know what to say about the lettuce we've got growing in our fields right now: hot dang. This mixed lettuce is so dreamy, and it's grown here in the Bywater.
Compostella's baby greens are unfortunately not available right now (this winter's weather + fertility issues = no greens for a bit), but we've got plenty of our own salads, plus a wide array of cooking greens, roots, plentiful herbs, and more. Get your eggs, mushrooms, and tofu in the extras section, and you'll be set for the week.
